Max Verstappen And Daniel Ricciardo Caused Utter Chaos At Honda Karting Event

Picture this – you’re an F1 driver who’s just competed in the highest level of motorsport for 22 weekends out of the year. It’s finally winter break, what do you do? Nope, wrong answer. You go karting, apparently ???? Yep. The racing season wasn’t quite over for Red Bull and AlphaTauri drivers Max Verstappen, Sergio Perez, Daniel Ricciardo and Yuki Tsunoda, who, over the weekend, took part in the Honda Racing ‘Thanks Day’ karting event. At the very least, you think they would take it much less seriously than their day-to-day jobs, right? Wrong again! As they took to the track alongside others, Ricciardo and Verstappen were battling for position, and as Daniel cut the corner (as you do), he sent Max into a spin and right to the back of the grid, ending his chance of victory. Ricciardo obviously felt his corner-cutting strategy was a great plan, and he continued to do so as he battled with other drivers. But would Verstappen let him get away with such a crime? Absolutely not. As Max caught up, the battle began again. But this time, it only ended with good, fair racing.  But after the race, Verstappen joked that his former teammate had ruined many people’s races: “He was literally trying to kill everyone out there!” Just an inchident, we reckon ???? Just another golden Maxiel moment!
